Women Golfers Have Proven to Be Equal

There are few who will argue Golf will need to improve its image if it intends to grow out of the economic recession it has been fighting to get out of for almost 10 years.

Make the Easy Changes

There are a number of things Golf has to change in order to attract more people to golf and bring golfers back to playing golf.  Some of the changes are going to be tough but there are a few that could be changed in a heart beat.

The one big issue Golf has I see could be changed today is how Women Golfers are seen and treated.  Where Golf needs to change with how women are seen and treated is outlined very clearly in the recent New York Times article written by Karen Crouse, Seeking Par Off the Greens.

I know I have the eyes of a number of the decision makers in Golf and the private golf club industry.  I would hope they would join with me to do what we can to make the easy changes needed to Golf’s images while we whittle down the causes to the big issues keeping Golf from growing.

Let me know how I can help.
