Really? CCA can immediately renovate an old course but not their Flag Ship Club that has been waiting for 5 years..not good for Dallas Golfers.

Dallas-based ClubCorp announced the acquisition of The Country Club of the South, located in Johns Creek, Ga., about 30 minutes north of Atlanta. The Country Club of the South features a 7,000-yard, 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
Historically one of the foremost private clubs in Atlanta, The Country Club of the South complements ClubCorp’s eight Atlanta-area properties, which includes such clubs as Eagle’s Landing Country Club, Laurel Springs Golf Club, and Bear’s Best Golf Club.
An extensive capital improvement project will begin immediately that includes significant enhancements to the golf course, including greens renovations, and improvements to the turfgrass, cart paths, clubhouse interior, and tennis facility.
